**** Service

This is the most inconsiderate company I have ever come across from their customer service to their customer protection. They very quick to take money from you or offer you new products but on the day that you need their assistance they very quick to forget about you as a loyal customer .

There was ***** on my account that I am not aware of, and telkom is not willing to assist me as a loyal customer for 3 years ,they wont even give me the day of time
