Last week Monday 9/11/2015 i order online mobile, they left a message that a agent will call me back to confirm my order, NO ONE CALLED TILL TODAY!!, The Tuesday 10/11/2015 i did a online chat to find out what is happening, the lady told me 3 working days, the Fryday 13/11/2015 i did a online chat again, a lady told me again 3 working days, i told her it already is 3 working days!! i left several \call backs"online... TILL TODAY NO ONE CALLED ME!! i went into the branch Sunday 15/11/2015 i told the guy what happened"
