Shining Star, Audrey Keupilwe!!!!

Thanks to Audrey Keupilwe for assisting me yesterday. I had called the call centre for some enquiry, the 1st lady who took my call was not very helpful, after telling her ****habo/Mathabo) my story, she just placed me on hold and never came back to me, I held on the phone for almost 30 minutes, she didn't even bother to keep coming back and advising that she is still checking.... I decided to hang up and call again, and I spoke to a star, Audrey, her assistance was very professional, she checked my details on the system which the other consultant didn't do. I would like to recognise Audrey for her great service.
