Shining light in dark world

<p>After being extremely frustrated with Telkom for weeks something finally happended that restored my faith in humanity. Firstly, a lady by the name of Zakiah (not sure about spelling) assisted me brillaintly. She was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. Not like the rest of the orgre's that work for Telkom's call centre. She assured me the technician has been despatched and that this time there will not be any problem.</p> <p>When Richard the technician arrived he was also a breathe of fresh air in the stink called Telkom. He was also friendly, worked neatly, explained why he was doing what he was doing, and made sure the line was working correctly before he left my house. He even called me to inform me that all is fine with the line and why it took him a little longer. </p> <p>I sincerely hope the rest of Telkom's employees take a page out of these exemplary employees book and try to be more like them. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you to both of you, Zakiah and Richard, and I hope your brilliance rubs of on your colleagues.</p>
