Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiit service ever you pay them but they still deduct from your account

This is really a **** company won't even recommend it to anyone I skipped one payment only and get handed to the debtor collector department spoke to many rude agents one by the name of trudy as well only 2 agent were helpful the rest don't know customer service laugh at clients and speak over a person I was told to pay via eft late the night they deduct the money from my account now I have to keep calling in for my own money how long does a f@#$ refund request take they can see the money but it's unconfirmed what the hell is the debt collecting department not doing and when asked if one can speak to a team leader you are told they are busy with escalations and can't take any calls your agents are not customer friendly fire them just because of my colored accent and address in eldos I don't get treated like others mind you my bill says i owe them triple the amount now
