Shelly centre Telkom??

Had a horrible experience with Telkom for the last couple of months. Every month they take my contract money off my debit order and last month they reversed it back and end of this month i had to do a double payment and till this day my account is blocked i made numerous amounts of phone calls and nobody is willing to assist even the Shelly centre branch is useless!!
