Sheer incompetence!

<p>I ordered the Telkom July deal over the phone with their Sales Dept. It was a wifi router and extender, that I ordered on the 24 July 2017.</p> <p>After several follow up phone calls, and even this morning, I keep getting told that my order has not been created. This is totally unacceptable! When I phoned last week on Monday, they told me that my order has been escalated. I phoned again this morning, only to find out that nothing of the sort has been done!</p> <p> </p> <p>My Application has been approved on the 24 /07/2017, its been a month and i have nothing delivered to me!!! SHEER INCOMPETENCE! It seems to me that no one at telkom sales knows how to do their job properly. totally unacceptable!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am now TOTALLY fed up!</p> <p> </p>
