Sheer and utter disgrace of service to say the least

<p>On the 11th I app**** for a Telkom Fixed line by Robyn a consultant at N1 city Telkom. Whereby she advised she will contact me the next day to advise the progress. (which I have not received) - I lodged a complaint via Facebook the only reponse I received was (we have requested feedback) yet nothing was actioned. 19/01/2017 I received a call from the consultant, whereby she wanted to confirm my address - after I fully completed the form and advised her my address via SATNAV on her PC, as she needed to check coverage. On the 19th I received an sms confirming I have app**** for a Fixed line - so what this means (she only app**** for my fixed line on the 19/01/2017) I still have no received the soft copy of my contract - Please advise today, do I need to cancel as my debit order was set for month end - as I want to escalate this to ICASA and ombudsman</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
