She kept talking over me with NO CARE WHAT I ASKING -DELIVERY

I called in Monday and i was told that my delivery would be today 13.09.2017, i called to follow up and the extremely RUDE logistics lady kept talking over without even listening to what i needed. She tells me my delivery is EITHER TODAY (WEDNESDAY) OR THURSDAY OR FRIDAY. Im i expected to freeze ALL my work schedule to wait for a delivery which i am unsure of when it would be coming? She then later changed her story to say the delivery would be Thursday or Friday before telling me "something came up and we didn't deliver today's order". I AM A CUSTOMER AND DESERVE BETTER explanation except "something came up" will what came up today not come up for the rest of the week? how will i know when to expect the order if i do not even know what the problem is? Transparency is KEY and i need someone to confirm the EXACT date in which i should expect the package.
