Sharing Personal & Account information with abusive ex boyfriend - whos name is not on any contract or paper

My ex was using a number that I was paying for, I did a sim swap as he is abusive and has failed to make payments (I have moved cities since we broke up)

TELKOM SHARES ALL MY INFORMATION WITH HIM!!!!

THEY SHARED WHO DID THE SIM SWAP, AT WHAT BRANCH I DID THE SIM SWAP, AND OTHER DETAILS ABOUT MY ACCOUNT THAT THEY HAD NO RIGHT TO SHARE!!!

His name is not on any contract or piece of paper that would ever give him the right to do another sim swap to ***** that number back, yet you can give him all my details and he now knows where to find me???!!!
