Shaping on unshapped contract

I'm signed up for the \SmartBroadband Uncapped Wireless\", which only has a fair usage policy of 50 gb on \"Peer to Peer and news servers Protocols (NNTP)\" both of which I don't use.<br> <br> I have been on this contract since November 2015.<br> <br> From 7pm every day for over the last 2 weeks my connection goes from a 90mbs +/- downstream connection to a 2mbs connection until midnight. <br> <br> There has been no notification or reason why this should be happening and it's completely against the contract I signed.
