Shame on you telkom

Hi all. Well this is just a airing of a grievance to the public at large I suppose seeing as Telkom does not reply to complaints it seems. Why is it that state telecommunications in Africa hit rock bottom? I am paying Axxess for a telkom fixed wireless service. For the past almost two weeks I have not been able to get any feedback on my usage. Does this also mean that in this time I can use as much bandwidth as I please? I doubt it. These people know how to charge you but they couldn't care less for their customers. What a crying shame that our country has been reduced to this state. No hope left and the frightening thing is that it's not the end of the nightmare. Not by a lonnnggg shot!!
