Shame on you Telkom

Once again I have been utterly let down by Telkom. They to date have not fixed my internet. After complaining numerous times on their page I was contacted by someone posing as a telkom employee, she has now vanished and has me in debt with two loan sites, I'm in for over R12000 now. I reported this to telkom and no surprise they did not bother to reply. I am completely distraught. I do not have this money to pay back. Telkom has done nothing but cost me money.
