SHAME ON YOU TELKOM

It’s been 2 months since I wrote my last review and Telekom reassured me that they would help me and still NOTHING!!!!!! So I’ll post the same thing again:

So a couple of months ago I came onto this website to complain about Telkom. Someone from Telkom responded and said they would assist me. MONTHS LATER...nothing happened.

I app**** for a ADSL line move at the end of January 2018 and to this day, no one has moved it. I reported Telkom to ICASA and they seemed to wake up thereafter. They began to communicate with me promising me that my line would be moved by August. To no avail! And then here’s the worst part, they went and activated someone else’s line and started charging me for it.

I am SICK AND TIRED OF TELKOM! I’ve demanded my Money back for all the months I’ve been paying with NO PHONE LINE OR INTERNET LINE!

And if you’re considering using Telkom or moving to them PLEASE DONT. This has been a traumatic ordeal. Shame on you Telkom.
