Shame on you!!!

Good day, please give me a contact number or email address to lodge a complaint, I need this before 12:00 on 9 January 2020. Account number Account no was sent via messenger- we requested this line, which by the way hasn't been able to make or receive calls for the last 5 years... to be cancelled, with a 1 month notice period FOR the 1st of October 2019. My mom assumed the account was closed as per her request and went to visit her sick daughter for three months, just to come back to a nice big FAT bill!!!! She has been a loyal customer for 45 years, and never missed a month!!! You better sort this out ASAP!!!!!!! My next step is the Ombudsman. There is not a single way of contacting anyone at Telkom, it's like running into a brick wall!!!!!
