shake down

i wish i could give this company zero stars. i took out a contract with them over a decade ago. i settled the balance and closed the account, 5 years later my account is being debited for thousands of rands. tried to contact them multiple times without success. they never respond to emails. have you on hold for eternity when yointry and call them. then a few yeard Later afyer I've eventually cleared uo the mess, they hit me with lawyers letters and threatening text messages. it's just quote literally the worst service I've ever experienced. stay faaaaaarrrrrr away from telkom.
