Shady way on conducting business

Good day

I have a few problems with the mangement of my account and billing with Telkom. Staff are making changes and there is no trail to see who is making these unathorised changes. I have 3 issues

My capped value for the contract was changed to R500.00 suddenly this month. I have not requested this. Please credit the data charges incurred
Last year some time someone called me to say that I can get extra data at no charge to which I agreed. I was then billed R50.00 extra which was removed off my account but I was never credited for the R50.00 billed
Today I am also querying the end date of this contract and learn that my contract was just upgraded and the end date changed without my permission. Apparently Telkom did away with the My homeoffice LTE packages and introduced Smart Broadband Packages and when this person called me to say I was getting free data they actually upgraded me with a new start of contract date.
The lady I spoke to today Nosipho Phinda cheekily tells me that since I agreed to the free data I agreed to the date change on the contract. This was not explained to me at all and this is a shady way of conducting business.

I want my contract start date to be fixed back to the original date with immediate effect and I want an IT Report to see who is making changes on my account – without seeing this it means that Telkom can just make changes on a person’s account with no accountability at all. Internal processes and package change decisions on your side should not affect my contract date with you, unless you explicitly phone each of us to confirm or get us to sign a new contract. I did not sign any contract and therefore I refuse to accept the new contract start date. You do not know my financial situation and you cannot be making such important changes without my permission.
My details are as follows:

Financial account no: ********** 83

ID No: ********** 220088

Contact no: 079 **********
