Shadley from Clearwater - the only shining light at Telkom.

Sorry Telkom, the rating is 5 stars, but none are for you, all 5 are for Shadley, from your Clearwater Mall branch. As per my last 2 Telkom reviews, we have battled for over 4 MONTHS to get our office line moved. Nobody gave a damn about our business stress with no phone, EXCEPT Shadly. He just kept trying and trying. Even after his branch manager (Winnie) had given up and told us not to call her and his regional manager (Anastasia Steyn) had given up, Shadley kept going. And he WON ! As of this week, we have a fully functioning office line again. Telkom - fire the regional and branch manger, they are totally useless, and promote Shadley to manage customer service, because he is the only Telkom employee I've ever met that took it upon himself to help his client, no matter how hard it was. Shadley - my sincere thanks for all your efforts, you have saved our SME. Colin
