Good Day

Hope this finds you well,

I app**** for the June Deal of the month 10 gig on the 06-06-2018 telephonically(10213), I spoke to a consultant by the name of Nomcebo Dube who did the application and advised I was approved in terms of finance and area.

She advised that the delivery will take place in / within 14 days of our conversation, and the instalment will be deducted two days after delivery on pro-rata bases. I called in again on the 19-06-2018 between 15:00 and 16:00 I got through a very sarcastic consultant by the name of Lerato who advised that I should be patient and wait for the 14 days. She told me to relax and not worry, when I asked if I can do it at the shop rather she told me to do “WHATEVER YOU WANT” when asked what happens if I don’t get it within the set day what then she told me that there’s nothing she can do I should see what I want to do.

I called in again after the 14days period has elapsed on the 28th of June around 5&6 was advised that systems were offline, I asked to speak to a senior to see if there’s any other alternative to my query. I was put on hold for about 45 minutes – was driving from Pretoria to Joburg I arrived at Joburg in that period of holding on for a supervisor imagine the distance, after holding on so long they cut the call and never returned the call.

On the 29th of June I called in again and spoke to Zanele Khumalo who told me that my application was rejected because my area don’t have fibre connection – I am currently using Telkom and don’t suffer any network issues beats me why they said it rejected based on network. After a while she came back and advised that it was a mistake there is network coverage and don’t understand why they rejected it. Again I asked to be transferred to a senior so they can ensure I get delivery on that day, the senior Tennay was lost and didn’t know what he was talking about to an extent that he terminated to call.

I called back in again and then was referred to another *********** leader (Vilashin Pillay) who didn’t know whether he was coming or going, he repeated all that was said on the initial call. He apologised and tried to defuse the situation but still couldn’t help me.

Later on the 29 June I received a call from another Senior who apologised and promised to resolve everything but still nothing she said she will call back again which she did due to battery issues my phone was off she left a voice message that she will call the following day in the morning, I am still awaiting for the call till now.

I feel I have been mistreated , disrespected and not treated like a customer. This is not in line with TCF and find it very disappointing that even though matters are escalated to seniors the result remains the same

I lastly spoke to Nondumiso Jingela who asked Thanduxolo to call me and till now I am still holding on for the call. This is unprofessional and shows that Telkom is nothing but a big Company with managers and consultants who don’t care about the people who pays their salaries. IF YOU DON’T WANT TO GIVE ME THE CONTRACT STOP WASTING MY TIME AND TELL ME TO GO ELSEWHERE Till this day 02-07-2018 I have not received the router.
