<p>Kindly refer to Ref# ********** 4 as per telephonic conversation with Noniko this morning..I was debited an amount of R538.90..Consultant advised me that i made calls for R109 and i asked her how is that possible because i dnt have any spending limit on my account even in my contract i seleected no spending limit..i normally call in when i need spending limit..She advised i was sent an sms to advise about my limit..when i aked when it was sent,she advised she cant see the sms that was sent to me.I need this sorted out ASAP...</p>
