Telkom doesn't care about the safety of my family. Several months ago I reported that a pole that was erected without my permission in my yard had deteriorated and was about to fall. I sent an e-mail to *** but there was no response. About 2 days ago the pole damaged my electric fence and I had to get a technician to fix it. I honestly don't understand why did Telkom install this pole in my property. I want them to come and remove this pole before it falls and injures someone.
