Several attempts at getting a switchboard over 2 weeks, no response as yet

<p>It has taken me 3 separate phone calls and one visit to a branch to try and organize a switchboard.</p> <p>The first call was 2 weeks ago and Im still waiting for someone to get back to me regarding that first request. </p> <p>In the interim I have visited a branch and called 2 more times and still no one has called me back to discuss the options </p>
