Settlement Quotation

Hi I had accounts with telkom in the past, the accounts was handed over due to me being unable to pay them back then. Once I was in a better position I attempted to pay them with no luck as no one was able to provide with the necessary details. Now about 5 years later I'm sitting with the same issue, no one can provide me with a settlement quotation in order for me to pay these accounts. I'm also trying to gage out a bond by I can't because telkom can't guide me in the right direction.
