Settlement payment on the 2nd month of opening acc

I have open a telkom account whereby i receive a laptop, and a ****le. The first month payment with pro-rata fees came off, but on the 2nd it was settled in full without my consent. I have reported this with telkom and the matter has been passed from one department to the next.This cash was taken from me without any prior settlement letter nor statement. And came as a suprize to me. And it seems like this matter is not of importance to telkom as my query was loaded weeks ago 29/09/2015. I do not appreciate that telkom, who i trusted and respected would be doing such things. A case number was opened on the 29/09/2015 case no.: ***7 and no response since then. This is pathetic and their turn around time should be looked at.
