I am very much unhappy with the service I received from telkom I have been struggling to get a payed up letter sent to me ever since March 2017.I need one urgently can I get someone to send one urgently to me. I call your call centre and they also can't help.I just want to bring to your attention when one owes you,they are quick to call and list one as a bad payer but if you request letters theres no joy.

please send it to me asap!!!!
