Settlement dispute
I contacted Telkom requesting a settlement amount which they issued to me. I then settled the account on the 26th of Feb 2018 and two months later MBD is contacting stating that I owe Telkom interest yet Telkom failed to advise of such after they gave me a settlement amount. MBD had never contacted me up until I settled my account with Telkom and these people are hounding me and are refusing to listen to the fact that this account is settled. I contacted Telkom regarding this and up until now no-one has contacted me to resolve the matter.
