Settle telkom contract

I took up a contract with Telkom instore last year,however I would like to settle my balance and free off the remaining balance of the 24 months contract I went to the Chatsworth centre branch ,they advised me that they do not do settlements there and that a call centre agent will call me to make necessary arrangements I haven't recieved feedback over 2 weeks

Please can I receive assistance
