Setting Spend limit is a waste of time!

I took a contract and emphasized to the consultant Marcia at Eastgate mall that I only want to pay contract amount nothing more nothing less She should set the limit to R1. Next thing I want over charged I asked her and told her I’m paying more which is what we discussed I don’t want that. I then went to Telkom branch at The glen mall to have it fixed for me. They set my phones To R1. Guess what! My bill is now Freaken R5000.00 when I call no one to speak to. Telkom platforms will push u to do self service L. They don’t want you to speak to anyone. I spent all my weak trying to speak to someone. It’s impossible!
