Services Suspension

I'm extremely frustrated with Telkom, I have a data contract with telkom and every monthend I struggle when they need to debit. They don't debit my account and they suspend my services. Its so inconveniencing that I have to go through the process of doing manual payments and wait 72hor for them to reconnect me and they also charge for not paying account on time. :( :(
