Services Suspended

Yesterday I received around 6 am a text that my services has been interrupted and I have not been able use my phone eversince. i have called three times already and all agents are saying they are escating the matter. My account is NOT is arrears, my debit date is the 25th of every month and the last payment was made on January 25th. Why was my line suspended then because no one is able to tell me why.
