SERVICES SUCKS - NO CALL BACK AFTER ALL YOU AIRTIME IS WASTED ON TELKOM

I have cancelled my service with Telkom in Jan 2020, the only invoice I received is the one were they owe my money, and up till today I never claimed it back. This month in Aug 2020 I receive a inv that I owe Telkom R724.27 FOR WHAT I havent used their services for more than 8 months now they want to claim money from me. I keep on calling but with the long hold and 99 security questions by the time you speak to an agent the phone cuts off and they refuse to phone you back - well Telkom go pay this invoice with all the airtime I've spend trying to short out your mistake - not mine - and please payback the R332.76 that you owe me !!!!!!
