Services still debited, even after cancellation.

I have requested that all my products be cancelled multiple times, and yet I still have a monthly debit order going off. When I go into the portal to cancel any active products, no products are listed, yet I am still paying for a service.

This is a violation of the consumer protection act and I demand that I be refunded.
