Services of pathetic Telkom!!

My 78 year old granny has been struggling to get her fixed line look alike. The pathetic service she's been getting from these people. After her line was down due to copper theft for 3 months. They finally rocked up at her home with a router and a sim card. The guy told her to plug her old phone in so long he will be bring her another phone. In October 2018 her line was cut again this time the excuse was they are switching over to digital lines. Her normal phone won't work anymore and promised again they will provide her with a phone. She is on a special service where you top up your account and pay a yearly fee. They have proven that they feel nothing for their loyal customers for years. This is to the tea a disgrace. Pathetic Pathetic! And by the way all that portals that you are referring to on the Hello Peter article, it simply doesn't work. People must wait for hours on the line and don't get the assistance or solutions. So ***********! ! It's such a pity the old people believe in Telkom still ???? evens getting this ****py service. I'm sure she has lost her number by now that she's so used to and have had for donkey years.
