Services disconnected without notice

My neighbour had a fault on his line Telkom came to resolve the issue and my line got disconnected , i raised the issue with Telkom on the 23rd of January 2018 morning reference number 278CTK230118 and i am still waiting for the issue to be resolved.

I have a elderly person at home that i need to use the phone to call the doctor or chemist , can this be looked at urgently.
