Services cancelled, 2nd time reporting it on HP

I have reported this before on HP.<br> i have requested my data (ADSL) to be cancelled in December 2015, yet I was still billed for it in January.<br> and guess what... i am still being billed for it in February... the account is now sitting at R1600...<br> good luck if you think i will be paying that...<br> it doesn't help talking to you in a civilized manner, you drive people to cursing and swearing!<br> this is my second post on HP about this issue, you just don't care, following this post i will fully take to FB and twitter, make sure people know how you operate...<br>
