Services canceled yet my account is paid

On January I changed my banks and I went to a telkom branch to inform and give them my new banking details and the consultant informed me that by the end of January I will need to make a manual payment since well my salary won't be in the old account anymore. On the 2nd of February I made a manual payment to telkom and now telkom took my account to Nudebt collectors and they have blocked my network due to none payment they said but my account is paid on the 2nd of February 24hours just after the debit date, now telkom and Nudebt have been taking me from pillar to post with no assistance I'm very disappointed in the services I received from telkom a d Nudebt cause no one wants to take accountability and reconnect my paid bill now I'm sitting here disconnected yet my account is paid and for fact that no one called me to find out if payments were made or not telkom is pathetic and I have never missed any payments regarding their accounts, for what reason did I pay my account if I'm disconnected telkom services have become pathetic
