Services Blocked Unfairly

Good day. Please note that I was in arrears for R2500+.

Last month, Telkom debits the R2500+ however, the payment only reflects on there side after the 10th.

Telkom didn't debit the installment for May 2020 and now they block my service.

I try making contact with Telkom however, they never answer the phone!!!!

If Telkom didn't debit my installment, how is this a fault of mine?

I can't even receive any SMS's.

Absolutely pathetic from Telkom.

Can someone please call me on *** URGENTLY!
