Services been suspended and I payed my bill on time
<p>Telkom seemed to have suspended my services. Due date for my bill was the 28th of Feb and I payed on time. Now my services are suspended and I don't know what to do. There was no indication of where to send the proof of payment because I did an EFT via fnb app. I just need some help and I need to get my services up and running again. </p>
Hello. I spent a long time on the phone trying to query why my dsl lime that was still pending on your side has now been cancelled all of a sudden and the lady on the phone said that there is no explanation for it. It just got cancelled. I really need to get my services switched on again. I can't pay you and my Internet provider for nothing. Please help!
