**** services and no cancelation

I have sent a review on Sunday and yesterday still no response from telkom in regards to the pocket router I took out on contract its not been used at all,it's awaiting collection and I was within my 7 day period of cancelation of the contract,the 27th 28th and 30th of July 2021i called in to cancel the contract it's already Wednesday and I will definitely put a stop order on this account so someone better attend to this ASAP,now not tomorrow nor the next day.
