I am sick an tired of Telkom, they have handed me over for a premium I paid before time , I went to Pavillion branch and was told that I am upto date and everything is fine. Why am I now all of a sudden getting debt collectors sending me threatening emails about making payment. TELKOM needs to get their act together because their mistake is costing me dearly on my credit score that I'm trying so hard to build. Can you guys fix this matter I am not happy with your service and I will cancel every product I have with you b3cause of your incompetence
