Even one star is to much seriously disappointed in the **** service we have been getting from telkom.. they cam to install our line 10 days ago and since installation the line hasn't been working ... I phoned in about 50 times and i keep getting transfered between the two departments from technical support and sales and both departments claim its not there job to send out a technician to come and fix the line and keeps transferring me to the other.. technical support keeps logging a fault and then cancelling it the next day then i have to phone in again and still no technician has been sent out to fix the line they didn't install correctly ... The technician who did the installation knew that the line wasnt working when they came to install the line but told me that i had to phone technical support to fix it.. useless useless useless... And here we are still with no internet and still telkom cant seem to help me... How are you still open???
