Serviceless
It has been more than 60min and I am stil standing in line at Telkom's Cresta branch. It takes about 30min minimum per customer. I also only ended up at a branch because it been more than 2 weeks of trying to make contact with Telkom - tried every medium. It is clear that they do not care about potensial client that are interested in their services. This is unexceptable service delivery. I would love not to give them my business, but what othet choice do I have ADSL line wise. It is a service raping.
