Serviceable internet

Hello Peter,<br> In Dec 28 I app**** for internet at Telkom Greenstone and was told due to area I live in I can only get the wifi 10GB product and no ADSL,which later i found not to be true as some people in same complex have ADSL.<br> <br> To top it all,the phone and router they gave me never worked since i got it and after numerous reporting s and long hours in the queue they promised to send technician to look into the matter and resolve then later the sent an sms to say that the problem has been resolved without even sending anyone over to check. Now they sending me sms reminders to pay my bill even though I never received any service from them I was without internet the whole month and still now my problem has not been resolved.
