Service worth more than $ a dollar

I had gone to buy a new data sim card. At least that's what I thought I needed to use with my modem. I got to Telkom Mobile shop at Mall At Reeds, it was quite busy in the store, but lady in particular was so not interested in chatting on What's App. I got to her counter/booth, and told her what I need. She told me that their systems were playing up but mentioned she'd try her best. Indeed, instead of starting from the beginning she asked me if i'd used their services before. She then advised me that all I needed was a sim-swap. I had been there before when one of her colleagues, a male, wouldn't even let me ask before queuing. She was chatting with me while working, and she was interested. This for me is what a service consultant does. They are there not to just serve, but to advise and go an extra mile. Keep it Phindile, you and the lady who was helping with paperwork, that's team work.
