Service worse than no service!!

Worst service ever experienced ,not sure if Telkom even exist anymore due to no service after how many attempts ,the website you would use to report faulty telephone lines is out of service on a permanent basis. It does not help calling a Telkom service line to report a number as the average holding time is well over an hour ,there is only so many working hours in a day ,how do you function after holding a line for an hour and another hour repeating your problem to them repeatably
