Service very impersonal. Trying to CANCEL a deal during the Cooling period so that I can replace with another deal. Uphill work. Nothing has been debited as yet. Instead one is at the mercies of the Automated Response. Last Reference No : ***. Several pleas but none will phone back. End of the tether. Been using over 40 years.
