Service? What service?

<p>So, attached is a picture of all my faults I've logged this past year... </p> <p> </p> <p>Clearly, the problem is not with my pc as Telkom has tried to convince me with their incompetence, but with Telkom and their lack of 1. Serice, 2. Maintenance and 3. Service provision. </p> <p> </p> <p>I haven't had a working voice line for over a month now, and my ADSL has been completely unusable (expensive 2mbps line that doesn't even get 1mbps) and my ping has been through the roof for the last 4/5 months, I told telkom about exchange congestion, but do they care? Nope. </p> <p> </p> <p>Also, I've asked for callbacks NUMEROUS times (also in a previous post) are these done? Nope. </p> <p> </p> <p>To top it all off, how does telkom "fix" my problem? They close the fault. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is honestly one of the worst companies in the world. </p>
