Service? What service?

I can’t believe the appalling service I’ve received or should I say lack thereof! I’ve been trying to phone through from the 24th. I spend on average 45 minutes on hold only to have my call answered and then put down once I provide my details to the operator! Going to their shop in midlands liberty mall only led to a wait of over 1 and a half hours, I finally receive my router and then spend now another hour on the phone only to have my call answered and put down while I’m talking! What is actually going on? Does our business mean nothing!? I’m at the point where I’m happy to take this to the next level and approach all social media platforms to voice this completely useless “service provider”, there is a complete disregard for their clients. I’m questioning my choice of leaving my previous internet provider for a supposed “better” service! What a joke.
