Service, what service!!??!!

Wow, for such a well known company you would think to receive the best service. But unfortunately that is not the case!! Telkom's service is probably the worst service I've ever received. It is just like they don't even care. No friendliness over the phone, no feedback ever on a problem. You need to waste more of your own money and time just to get an update on any issues. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with the absolutely shocking, horrible service these guys are giving us
