Service? What service?

<p>Telkom truely are a useless bunch. After about a month's wait, a technician arrived to install our ADSL line. He told us they would have to send a contractor to cut back some bush that was in the way. Three more weeks pass and some annoyed phonecalls, which took literally hours for them to answer.</p> <p>Eventually they tell us a pole has been put in and that they will send a second technician to sort it out. When my husband expressed doubt as we'd seen no activity since the first technician had arrived. They told him it was all in hand.</p> <p>Second technician duely arrives, only for him to tell us the same thing the first guy told us.</p> <p>Month three approaches fast. How do these idiots get any business? Oh yes, that's right, they kinda have the monopoly, don't they?</p> <p>They only get a star because it's required and because they eventually sent two technicians out,after much begging and pleading, to do absolutely nothing. </p>
